Overview

Staci strives to utilize her attention to detail and organizational skills to provide clients with seamless real estate transactions. She prides herself on open communication and responsiveness in an effort to ensure clients can rest assured in achieving their desired outcome.

Her practice includes drafting documents for purchase and financing transactions, along with conducting due diligence review for commercial developments. She works directly with clients and other parties from the execution of a purchase agreement throughout the entire transaction to meet various deadlines in preparation of real estate closings. Staci also assists with secured loan and lease transactions. She provides support to lender clients in facilitating financing of construction and development loans for real estate borrowers.

Staci is a West Palm Beach native who returned home and joined Gunster in 2023 after practicing in the real estate division of a Midwestern law firm in its Denver, Colorado office.
