Throughout his legal career, Will Davis has had the opportunity to assist his clients with a variety of data privacy, information governance, and eDiscovery challenges. These challenges often involve both international and domestic data privacy and security laws and guidelines/standards, marketing communication laws, and/or complex regulatory frameworks. He understands the importance of robust collaboration, specifically when tackling data privacy, information governance, and eDiscovery related issues.  Will is dedicated to fostering collaboration across organizational departments to help manage company and stakeholder-specific interests and help address any challenges that may arise.

Will routinely assists his clients with data privacy, security, and other SaaS and technology related contract law issues. He also applies his knowledge of privacy controls, privacy by design implementation, and data privacy, security, and information governance obligations in the context of mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his data privacy, information governance, and eDiscovery work in private practice, Will has had the opportunity to work with a global, Fortune 500 company as a privacy and information technology intern.

Will has been designated as an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and is an IAPP certified U.S., European, and Canadian Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US/E/C) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). Will is also a OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional (OCPP) and has received the ACEDS eDiscovery Executive Certificate (eDEx).
