Susan Faby joined the firm in May 2013 and is responsible for leading the human resource functions including policy implementation, organizational development, staffing and recruitment, benefits, compensation, training and development, and employee relations.

Prior to joining the firm, Susan worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for NextEra Energy Resources and a Human Resources Manager for Perry Slingsby Systems.
