Gunster will sponsor the 2023 Transportation Lawyers Association Annual Conference & Midyear Meeting on April 26-29. Transportation Practice Co-Leaders Julia Holden Davis and Andrew Steif, along with U.S. Customs & International Trade Leader Peter Quinter, will be in attendance.
Of note, Andrew will serve as a panelist, speaking on the issue of reconciling carrier obligations and the act of shipper requirements in cargo damage cases at a joint meeting of the Rail and Freight Claims groups. Peter will also be a panelist, for the “Trade Wars” session.
