The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has warned employers that the use of AI technologies in HR processes could violate federal anti-discrimination laws, Goodman explains.

“What is clear by the EEOC’s technical assistance is that AI is, and will continue to be, on the EEOC’s radar as a top priority. Businesses using this technology should take steps now to ensure processes are compliant with federal anti-discrimination laws,” Goodman advises.
