Yahoo! Finance and Inc. Magazine quoted Gunster Shareholder Roger Feicht discussing the Federal Trade Commission’s recent decision to ban non-competes for nearly all businesses. The rule leaves companies vulnerable to potentially exposed trade secrets and confidential information.
Feicht urges all businesses to review their current employment agreements to best prepare for the changes that will follow this ruling.
