Gunster is pleased to announce that attorney David Garcia-Pedrosa has been named to the second annual Miami-Dade Bar Young Laywers Section 40 Under 40 list. Honorees were selected for their leadership and professional achievements, commitment to civic and community service, and strong peer reputation.
Garcia-Pedrosa and the other honorees will be recognized at the Miami Nights event at the Coral Gables Museum on February 22, 2024.
The Young Lawyers Section is a section of the Miami-Dade Bar. All Regular, Associate and Government Service MDB members aged 36 or under, are automatically members of the Section. The Section has over 1,300 members.
David Garcia-Pedrosa has experience in a wide range of litigation matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the pre-litigation, trial, and appellate level in state and federal court. David strives to find creative solutions to complex problems. Clients value David’s ability to identify and execute effective strategies for achieving them.
David’s practice focuses on business, commercial, real estate and construction litigation, and he has represented clients in an array of matters, including contract and tort claims, shareholder disputes, adversary bankruptcy proceedings, and developer and condominium association disputes.
