Gunster is pleased to announce that shareholder Holly Goodman has earned board certification in Labor & Employment Law from The Florida Bar. Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys.
Goodman focuses her practice on counseling clients, from small businesses to large institutions, in everyday employment matters. With clients from industries including insurance, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, healthcare, and hospitality, Goodman helps businesses manage their employees, and balance the interests of the business with obligations under federal, state, and local employment laws.
Established in 1982 by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism, and ethics in practice.
