Gunster attorney Mark J. Ragusa has been appointed incoming chair of The Florida Bar’s Clients’ Security Fund Committee. The fund was created by The Florida Bar to provide monetary relief to clients who have suffered a reimbursable loss due to misappropriation, embezzlement, theft, or conversion of money or property by a Florida attorney.
