Justin Bennett | Business Litigation | Tampa

Justin focuses his practice on commercial litigation and professional liability and legal malpractice defense. He represents clients in various matters involving business torts, professional liability defense, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, securities, and general commercial litigation in both state and federal court.

Ana Johnson | Business Litigation | Jacksonville

Ana concentrates her practice on general and complex commercial litigation matters. In addition to her trial and courtroom experience, Ana is involved in major e-discovery matters, including managing large scale, electronic review projects. Notably, Ana has earned the CEDS (certified e-discovery specialist) designation from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.

Brad represents businesses in courts throughout the country in a wide range of matters, including multi-plaintiff actions, breach-of-contract, employment discrimination, non-competition agreements and insurance bad faith defense. Stacie Townsend | Corporate Law | West Palm Beach

Stacie focuses her practice on helping businesses and business leaders from institutional clients to emerging or entrepreneurial companies. Specifically, Stacie works closely with C-suite decision makers on a range of legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions, and day-to-day issues such as negotiating strategic agreements and relationships with various employees, customers, partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
