Justin Bennett | Business Litigation | Tampa
Justin focuses his practice on commercial litigation and professional liability and legal malpractice defense. He represents clients in various matters involving business torts, professional liability defense, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, securities, and general commercial litigation in both state and federal court.
Ana Johnson | Business Litigation | Jacksonville
Ana concentrates her practice on general and complex commercial litigation matters. In addition to her trial and courtroom experience, Ana is involved in major e-discovery matters, including managing large scale, electronic review projects. Notably, Ana has earned the CEDS (certified e-discovery specialist) designation from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
Brad Johnson | Business Litigation | Jacksonville
Brad represents businesses in courts throughout the country in a wide range of matters, including multi-plaintiff actions, breach-of-contract, employment discrimination, non-competition agreements and insurance bad faith defense. If necessary, Brad is an experienced trial lawyer who will take his client’s case to the courtroom.
Adam Nodzenski | Business Litigation | Miami
Adam focuses on practical solutions for clients involved in the biggest of cases–multi-plaintiff, multi-jurisdictional, and/or multi-claim litigation—which are often protracted and involve multiple law firms. He provides advice regarding data identification, preservation, collection, review and production, and assists companies recovering from data loss or those defending against spoliation allegations.

As a member of the firm’s Immigration team, Beatriz counsels multinationals, financial management and banking organizations, health care systems, technology companies, hotels/resorts, professionals and individual investors on a wide range of their immigration needs. She also counsels employers regarding their compliance with U.S. immigration laws.

Matt advises clients on complex business transactions, joint venture structuring and corporate restructurings, cross-border investment structures, investment fund structuring, intergenerational wealth transfers and planning, estate planning, and charitable planning. Matt works closely with clients to ensure that clients’ personal, professional, and business objectives are met while achieving tax efficient structures.
Stacie Townsend | Corporate Law | West Palm Beach
Stacie focuses her practice on helping businesses and business leaders from institutional clients to emerging or entrepreneurial companies. Specifically, Stacie works closely with C-suite decision makers on a range of legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions, and day-to-day issues such as negotiating strategic agreements and relationships with various employees, customers, partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
In addition to the above promotions, Gunster had a record-setting growth year in 2021, hiring over 40 attorneys statewide across a variety of practice areas.
