Gigi J. Tanghe is a shareholder who joined the firm in 1998. As a transactional commercial real estate attorney, Gigi has been representing developers, lenders, property owners, business owners and investors for more than 20 years in Florida and throughout the United States. Gigi has represented some of the largest residential condo developers in South Florida. Gigi handles all aspects of the transactional side of the development process from the acquisition of the property, negotiating the acquisition, mezzanine and construction loans and the architect and construction agreements, to the property management agreements, sales and leases to end users.

Gigi’s representation of lenders based in Florida and also throughout the United States includes the drafting and negotiation of both portfolio based commercial loans and commercial mortgage backed securitized loans. Additionally, Gigi represents Florida based lenders in the acquisition, construction, sale and leasing of their retail banking sites.

Gigi also represents numerous property owners, business owners and investors in the acquisition, sale, construction, financing, property management and leasing of property on both the landlord and tenant side, whether for their own business operations or for investment purposes. These properties include office and industrial property, mixed use projects, residential and commercial condominiums, malls, retail strip centers, hotels and vacant land.
