Steve Page focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in all types of complex litigation, as well as counseling them on the resolution of business disputes. Steve has advised and represented the firm’s clients in an array of areas that have included litigation in both State and Federal courts throughout Florida and other states. These include complex business disputes, intellectual property trade secrets litigation, land use and environmental disputes, construction litigation, defense of legal malpractice claims and various types of shareholder and corporate control disputes, as well as fiduciary and trust litigation. Steve was recently named Intellectual Property Litigation “Lawyer of the Year” in West Palm Beach for 2016 in The Best Lawyers in America®.

The clients Steve has represented include Fortune 500 companies, pharmaceutical companies, major athletic equipment companies, entrepreneurs and large national banking associations. Steve’s dispute resolution philosophy centers on early intervention to resolve disputes as quickly and effortlessly as possible in order to avoid or limit complex litigation. Steve’s experience in complicated litigation, mediations and arbitrations enables him to develop strategy, as well as to quickly and decisively address issues with the goal of resolving matters in the most expeditious manner possible.
