Katelynne Boyd is an associate in Gunster’s Jacksonville office where she is member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. She represents clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on construction law. She partners with her clients to develop effective strategies and solutions to help her clients achieve their goals.
Katelynne graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she earned a Book Award in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, Katelynne served as vice president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, chair of education for the Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and as an orientation student ambassador. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Miami.
Prior to joining Gunster, Katelynne worked at a defense firm where she advised employers and insurance carriers on workers’ compensation matters. She also gained experience working on real estate and construction matters as an extern at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Katelynne is a Jacksonville native, and she loves supporting the local arts community and attending sporting events. Outside the office, Katelynne enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and volunteering.
